Bicester Hindu Society is proud to have countless volunteers who support the organisation and its activities. Since our inception, we have successfully carried out numerous initiatives, which would not have been possible without the dedication of these volunteers. Several individuals lead the organisation and manage day-to-day administrative and other tasks. The key individuals are:

Pradeep Agrawal

Pradeep Agarwal

Pradeep is a Chartered and Fellow Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He has extensive expertise in transportation infrastructure projects and has held prominent project leadership roles. Born and raised in India, and having spent most of his professional life in the UK, Pradeep feels a strong connection to communities in both India and the UK. Reflecting on his involvement as one of the key volunteers with the Bicester Hindu Society, he shares, ‘’The Bicester Hindu Society gives me a profound sense of community service and motivates me to make a meaningful difference. It inspires me to give back to the society. For me, the non-profit nature of the organisation is a key motivating factor, as every penny earned is reinvested into the community and its initiatives’’

Mitali Agrawal

Mitali Agarwal

Mitali is an MBA graduate with a strong background in finance and marketing. Over the course of her career, she has developed a deep understanding of controlling the finances of multinational organisations. Mitali actively supports several organisations focused on helping those in need, and she is deeply committed to community service. Reflecting on her role as one of the key volunteers within the Bicester Hindu Society, Mitali shares, ‘I am passionate about contributing to the community and its welfare. When the idea of establishing the Bicester Hindu Society emerged, with its ambitious goal of bringing communities together and celebrating diversity, I was truly inspired by it. I feel fortunate to be part of an organisation that, with its support, enables me to make a meaningful contribution to the communities in Oxfordshire.’

Kavita Seth

Kavita Seth

Dr. Kavita Panwar Seth completed her PhD in ‘Entrepreneurship and Strategy’ from Brunel University London and has been engaged in her academic career for the past few years. She has presented her research papers in several countries, including the US, Norway, and France. Kavita has also received the ‘Teaching and Research Excellence Award.’ In addition to her academic pursuits, Kavita is socially active and is involved in various charitable organisations, such as the Thames Valley Air Ambulance and Concern Worldwide. 

She has been recognised for her numerous achievements, including being named one of the best ‘folk dancers’ by the Indians in London group, receiving the title of ‘Mrs. Uttarakhand’ in 2021, and being crowned ‘Mrs. UK Galaxy’ in 2023. Regarding her involvement with the Bicester Hindu Society, Kavita said, “I feel deeply fortunate to be involved as one of the key volunteer members, with the sole purpose of bringing the community together and supporting each other in various aspects.”

Harshit Seth

Harri Seth, Managing Director of London Financial Advisors Ltd, has been offering expert financial advice since 2005. With extensive knowledge and experience, he specialises in Regulated Residential Mortgages, Personal Protection, Business Protection, Buy-to-Lets, Limited Company Mortgages, and Bridging Loans. Holding an MBA, Harri has also worked for major UK banks. He is highly regarded for his exceptional customer service, consistently receiving positive feedback from clients. In addition to his professional achievements, Harri has served as a Trustee at Harrovian Toastmasters Club in London and has been involved in promoting various charitable causes. Outside of work, Harri enjoys spending quality time with his young child and values the opportunities the Bicester Hindu Society provides to fulfil his social responsibilities. 

A firm believer in Santan Dharma (the true name of Hinduism), Harri views it as the “eternal religion,” where Dharma translates to “duty.” He believes that everyone—regardless of religion, gender, or status—has a duty to improve both themselves and society. Currently, Harri is dedicated to supporting the Bicester Hindu Society in fostering a sense of community, helping residents come together to celebrate festivals, and enhancing the sense of belonging and well-being within the Bicester area.

Krishna Panchal

Krishna Panchal is a Mechanical Design Engineer with a Master’s degree in Advanced Mechanical Engineering Design from the University of Salford. His extensive experience includes designing machines and components. Beyond his technical expertise, Krishna excels in people management and leadership, driven by a passion for problem-solving and connecting with others.

Regarding his involvement in the Bicester Hindu Society, he says, ‘The Bicester Hindu Society provides me with a platform to contribute to organising and celebrating cultural events and connect with the community. All of this makes me feel at home, away from home.

Munish Goswami

Munish Goswami is a science graduate and IT professional with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As the Founder Director of VAAMG Consulting, an Oracle Partner, he helps businesses adopt and manage technology solutions both in the cloud and on-premise.
 
His journey with Bicester Hindu Society began by attending events, but he later came across a volunteer request for website support and event photography. With a passion for technology and community service, Munish naturally stepped in to develop and manage the society’s website.
 
Giving back to the community has always been important to him, and he is grateful for the opportunity to use his skills to make a difference.
